TERMS OF USE (ToU)

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “ToU”) define the conditions of access to and use of the website the-life-bomb.com (hereinafter the “Site”), published by JoinColonyLabs, a company whose registered office is located at 2 boulevard Michelet, 34350 Valras-Plage, France.

Access to and use of the Site imply full and unconditional acceptance of these ToU.

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. All costs related to access (connection, hardware, software) are borne by the User.

JoinColonyLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Site, without prior notice or compensation.

These ToU are governed by French and European law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction after an attempt at amicable resolution.
